On December 11, Quimetal was recognized at the Responsible Care 2025 Day event by receiving the reverification of this program, a certification awarded by the Association of Chemical Industries of Chile (ASIQUIM).
The award was received by Alfredo Claro, General Manager of Quimetal, who, in statements published by Diario Financiero, highlighted that this recertification enabled the company to achieve a higher level of compliance, reaffirming its commitment to current regulations, responsible operations, and its contribution to society as a key player in the chemical sector.
This recognition highlights Quimetal’s ongoing commitment to responsible management, continuous improvement, and the application of high standards in safety, health, the environment, and sustainability—the fundamental pillars of the Responsible Care program.
The ceremony brought together leading companies from the national chemical industry, at which ASIQUIM recognized those organizations that promote good practices and more sustainable development for the country.
